A Need to Say Thanks
Founded in 2005 by two friends and business colleagues, Christine Hagan and Laura Kozak, That's Gratitude is part of Kogan, LLC, a certified Woman-Owned Small Business based in Baltimore County, Maryland. It serves clients throughout the country and proudly boasts a 100% customer satisfaction record having consistently met or surpassed customer expectations.
Ms. Hagan and Ms. Kozak came up with the idea for That's Gratitude after knowing a number of people wo did not send wedding thank you notes. The two marketing communications professionals decided there was a need to say "thank you" and that their time-saving system and service would help people who have the best of intentions, but simply not enough time to say thank you themselves. Since founding the company, they have served clients ranging from newlyweds to new grads, new parents to parents of the bride and groom who have purchased their service as a gift for their children, as well as a variety of businesses who have used That's Gratitude to thank customers, donors and supporters, as well as just stay in touch.
